Rehearsal Dinner Location: Crane Cottage, Jekyll Island Hotel

Wedding Coordinator:Kathy Gandolfi & Mary Drake. Kathy is one of my mom’s best friends and she is extremely detail oriented. She is AMAZING, and so is my mother. They were perfect for each other, and I’m pretty sure wedding planning is their retirement plan.
Photographer: The only decision I made was my photographer, and I made THE BEST decision EVER. I knew from Tonya’s first email response that she was my photographer. Tonya is kind, and understanding, and I felt like she would go to war for me, as weird as that might sound. We just clicked INSTANTLY. She was my saving grace on my wedding day. She remained calm, helped me focus, breathe, and was always there but never in my way. I will be forever grateful to Tonya, because I had a situation with another “wedding vendor” and Tonya helped keep me calm and not fly off the handle. All-in-all, Tonya was the best decision I made for my wedding day.
Videographer: None, and it is my biggest regret.
Cake: Stupid Jekyll Island Hotel, and the cake looked awful, but tasted great.
Florist: Stratton Hall Events.
Officiate: Brett Short, who is my cousin, and knocked our ceremony OUT OF THE PARK. I’m pretty sure our background music was sniffles because our ceremony was so “from the heart”.
Hair: Kimbry’s Back Porch Salon, they did a great job, and were very nice.
Make-up: A girl from Kimbrey’s. Not too thrilled with her. She had to add makeup to myself and two other girls and she ran TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. #Nightmare
Entertainment: Bay Kings Band and my brother DJ’ed for our party on Friday night and the after-party on Saturday. Everyone liked the band.

After the Wedding …
What was the high point of your wedding day that you hope to remember forever?
The moment I stepped into the church and saw my husbands face, tears were POURING, it was one of my proudest moments in my life. I never knew I could make someone so happy, and someone could make me so happy.
If you could give yourself any advice prior to the wedding, what would it be?
Budget. Make a budget, because if you don’t you end up spending $100,000 and have no idea where it went.
Where did you go for your honeymoon?
We haven’t taken one yet! We ended up staying 2 extra days at Jekyll Island, but I wouldn’t count that as a honeymoon.
