Danielle’s First Busy Season

This is Danielle writing! I survived my first busy season working for Tonya. Remember — we are in Florida and it gets hot here very, very quickly. Because of the weather, we tend to wrap up the busy season a little early. This Saturday the high was in the 90s! For now, we are done with the busy season and can catch up on office work. All of Tonya’s memory cards are full and the computer can’t hold any more data. Neither can our brains. So now, we will catch up everything we have been neglecting… that means editing, client communication, doing engagement and boudoir sessions, and paying all of the bills that have been piling up! Ha, no but seriously…get ready for some website updates, some sales on prints and canvases, and some more blog posts.

I would like to give a shout out to all of the brides that Tonya and I had the pleasure of working with throughout this season. I genuinely enjoyed sharing your day with you, whether it was only through email communication, through photos, or in person! It is so refreshing to work with people that are excited about their special day and really see how their love story is told through their pictures. After going through each wedding, I often feel (in a non-creepy way) that I understand the couple a little bit. Heather and Larry with their sweet, beach wedding and dancing with family and friends; Melanie with her pink bridesmaid dresses and her stunning dress looking at her daughter and husband with such joy; Kerri and Mike’s love shone through the rain and their day will forever have its own special story; and Caroline and Dave’s wedding that was full of emotion from tears to laughter, it was so beautiful down to the last detail. It was a great experience!
