I’m SO sad to say that Jessie decided this past week that she was unable to handle her work load here at TBP along with her full time school schedule. She is definitely one of the hardest working people I know, and I will miss her dearly. So………I’m on the lookout for a new personal assistant.
If you think you have what it takes, please email your resume and any additional information as to why you would be perfect for this position. In the subject line, please include “TBP assist 2012″.
Here are the must haves:
– My main concern is finding someone that I know when I ask them to do something, I don’t have to check up on them and remind them over and over. I need then to remind ME of things…not the other way around. Being goal oriented and quick to scratch things off the never ending to do list is what I’m looking for.
-Client relationships: My assistant MUST click with my clients b/c you will be in charge of sending proofing, organizing pick up times, processing orders, etc.
-Organization of my life, house, bills, office, and calendar.
-Errands: post office, grocery shopping, online shopping for props, etc.
-Album design: I can teach this if need be, but I would need someone to already have that creative eye.
-Website/Blog/Facebook/Pinterest: We are constantly loading photos to social media and outside blogs.
Please note this is NOT a photography assistant position. There will be NO photography/editing required or taught.
Please send resume to me at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a few examples of your processes on keeping up with to do lists and making sure NO item is ever left undone.
Pay begins at $10/hr
