It is such an incredibly different time in all of our lives, and especially in that of wedding planning! Navigating the CDC Guidelines for this pandemic safety has changed wedding planning completely.

Can we gather more than 50 people together?

Do we have to be masked?

Can our family members safely travel into town to be with us?

The list of questions goes on and on.

It’s been so stressful on our couples navigating through this completely uncertain time. And I totally get it. Which is why I’m offering special covid – 19 pandemic pricing. Many large scale Jacksonville and St Augustine weddings have been trimmed down to be smaller more intimate events.

So for that I’m offering a smaller wedding package price as well. It’s based by the hour that you want us to attend, includes all the high resolution digital images with your rights to print, and a video slideshow of photo AND video clips.

Let me give a huge shout out to say how incredible my current 2020 couples have been with all the wedding planning changes. They’ve had to change dates, postpone, trim down guest lists, you name it. Jacksonville and Saint Augustine weddings (and all of Florida Weddings) have COMPLETELY changed. It’s been tough on the couples, and our entire industry.

Tonya Beaver Photography is fully functional still acquiring new couples, families, and babies. Following CDC guidelines of safety protocol, staying masked, staying six feet apart, keeping clean hands etc. We’ve got you covered so don’t worry! We are still booking 2020 couples (small pop up covid weddings are a current trend!).

We are definitely booking a LOT of 2021 couples. And currently booking family sessions and baby sessions still by the day.

Just know times are tough for everyone. Good days are surely ahead. Beautiful rainbows follow the storm. Chin up. We’ve got this. Together.

Can we keep our 2020 date?

Barring mandated shut downs or quarantines, we are completely good to go to still shoot your 2020 wedding. We’ve been leaving this 100% up to our couples and their wedding venues. But here at Tonya Beaver Photography we are healthy and using safe practices to keep it that way.

Can we change dates?

So far I’ve not had conflicted dates in reschedules. So long as the new date does not interfere with a wedding already on the books, that works for me. This time is TOUGH for us all. The last thing I’m going to do is stress you out more by causing a fuss over the changes. I understand your situation. Trust me.

Can we have a smaller wedding and just keep our date?

Yep you definitely can. This has been the most popular choice by couples I’ve seen this year. They change the guest count for the wedding, but they keep their venue and all the rest of the wedding planning the same.
