How did you two meet? 

After years of on & off dating, she went on a mission trip with Soles4souls to Haiti in December 2018. While in Haiti washing children’s feet & proving it them with new shoes, she met a volunteer who encouraged her to get back on E-harmony!

She has also been divorced & had encouraged her to not give up on love. On her way home from Haiti in the airport she joined E-harmony again & was matched with Paul eleven days later! 

How did he propose?

Paul Hutchinson took Kimberly for a weekend to Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa & dropped down to one knee as they strolled down the beach & asked her to be his wife! 

How did you decide on your invitations, and who did you use? 

Since Cumberland Island is only accessed by ferry boat we wanted our invitations to look like ferry boat tickets! 

What was the most fun part of wedding planning?

Since having an intimate wedding at Greyfield Inn did not involve too much stress or planning we enjoyed 

Which part did you not like as much?

The hardest part was narrowing down the guest list to 28. 

What was the high point of your wedding day that you hope to remember forever?

The high point of our wedding day was just the beautiful stress free day! We woke up & had a beautiful breakfast & then everyone set out for different adventures on Cumberland island from biking, garden tour, naturalist tours to Plum Orchard, fishing, & venturing down to the beach.

We all escaped from technology & were able to cherish those moments & build new relationships & truly be reminded that despite the crazy year that was about to come to an end that we have to cherish those who are by our sides.

Hotel accommodations for guests: 

Guest were provided with accommodation by the bride & groom at Greyfield Inn. The Inn, which was built in 1890 by the Carnegies provided 9 bedroom & the 2 cottage provided 6 bedrooms.
