Behind the Scenes:

If you know me at all, you know I have a pretty major need to document each day/each event. So typically on a wedding day I’m documenting the day for my couple, and I’m documenting some behind the scenes as well. So here are a few from my phone.

First up is my AMAZING second shooter, Stephanie. I have strengths as a wedding photographer. Detail shots is BOTTOM on the list. But that’s one of the million reasons I love working with Steph. She’s amazing in the areas I lack. Her use of light, focal points, overall creativity in detail shots is the best I’ve seen. So Steph, thank you a million times over for this!

We found the bride’s parents wedding album on a shelf. TOTALLY loved every second going through it. We found a photo of the bride’s mother with her bouquet that we later recreated with Ellie. I hope they cherish that little bit of sweetness we tried to bring to them. Ellie and her mother are super close so I imagine that will be something they will hold near and dear to their hearts =)
