I was so honored to be a part of Jane’s journey in her fitness competition. I’ve asked her to write down her story on why she entered, how the process went, and how she feels looking back now. Hopefully we can include that soon.

Nevertheless, I can’t even imagine the dedication it takes to prep for a competition like this. It takes so much hard work for months and months and months. I’m just so so impressed by her.
