NATIONAL RAINBOW BABY DAY

Hi it’s Kathleen here.

I wanted to talk to you today about such an amazing day, national rainbow baby day. I for one know firsthand how amazing this day is because I have suffered a miscarriage and have my own Rainbow baby at home. Her name is Savannah.

With that being said I’d like to celebrate all the mothers and babies that have come through such a tragedy and make this day such a beautiful day. National rainbow baby day celebrates the miracle of life after such a loss. The meaning of rainbow baby is to celebrate a healthy baby being born after a miscarriage, baby or stillbirth.

The reason for the name rainbow baby is because after a storm there’s always a beautiful rainbow. I’d like to post some of our past celebrations of rainbow babies I hope you enjoy all of these wonderful women and babies.
