COURTNEY AND JONATHON WEDDING DAY

Ribault Club at Fort George is by far one of my favorite wedding venues in North Florida. The southern charm, the oak trees, the marsh. It’s all so perfect for a wedding day. Ribault Club is just logistically perfect for a wedding day because the bride can be getting ready upstairs with her choice of two rooms (or spread between both).

There’s a bathroom up there. It’s completely contained so she can be unseen by her future groom who can use a large room downstairs to get ready (or play video games or watch football games!) The ceremony generally takes place out back under the most beautiful oak tree.

And the reception is typically either inside with the bride and groom at a head table under a fireplace mantle. OR I’ve seen the entire dinner set up happen outside as well. Romantically all sitting underneath strands of white lights. The checker dance floor for the wedding reception is just the absolute perfect touch.

Ribault Club offers amazing opportunities for wedding photography: Out front under the trees, the street with the moss hanging down, having the building as the perfect backdrop, any angle in the back, and of course down by the marsh.
